Yes, the lovely lady with me (as Patty Larceny; that just happened to be the costume I was wearing at the time) is Natalia Tena, who played Tonks in the "Harry Potter" movies. Let's hope she's not an ACME Celeb-net agent...

This is the first time I managed to get a picture with a celebrity guest at DragonCon since that one of me with the Phelps twins in 2005. As you can see, she liked my pendant.
